Quantity, Description and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
• 4 Grand Prizes: A trip for winner and 1 travel companion (who must be 21 years old or
older) to attend a private concert/VIP experience featuring Myles Smith at the Starbucks
Reserve Roastery in New York City, NY, on August 14, 2026 (“Event”). Each Grand Prize
includes access for 2 for the Event, round trip economy air transportation for winner and
travel companion from major airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by
Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion) to New York, NY, 2 night’s hotel
accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in New York, round-trip ground
transportation from/to winner’s hotel and the Event and $1,000 spending money,
awarded in the form of a check for the winner only. RV: $7,000.00 each.
• 50 First Prizes: 2 tickets to attend a private concert featuring Myles Smith at the
Starbucks Reserve Roastery in New York City, NY, on August 14, 2026 (“Event”). Each
First Prize winner’s guest must also be 21 years old or older. The Sponsor is not
responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will
not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating and timing to be determined in the sole discretion
of Sponsor. Tickets may be subject to Sponsor’s standard rain-check policies and
procedures. By accepting ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions
and restrictions provided by the ticket. The Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not
use ticket on day of Event. Transportation and lodging are not included in prize. Any
other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically listed herein as
being provided, including ground/air transportation, luggage fees, lodging, meals,
gratuities, delivery charges, etc., are the responsibility of each winner. ARV: $392.80
each.
