Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip to New York City for winner and one guest. All travel arrangements, including but not limited to airports, air carriers, seat locations, and hotel reservations, are in Sponsor’s sole discretion and must be made through Sponsor or its agents. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All tickets are subject to terms and conditions of their issuers. All Grand Prize details are subject to availability, holiday and blackout dates and other restrictions. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. If guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must be the Grand Prize winner. Guest of the Grand Prize winner (or Grand Prize winner, as parent/legal guardian of minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. All other expenses, costs and incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility including, but not limited to, air transfers, luggage fees, gratuities, phone calls, hotel activities, applicable taxes, souvenirs, gift shop purchases, spa treatments, meals, travel documents, service charges and trip and travel insurance. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for providing all necessary identification documents and will be responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. Failure to provide such documents may result in trip cancellation upon airport check-in. Grand Prize winner or his/her guest must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into hotel. Except in Sponsor’s sole discretion, trip is not transferable, extendable and/or exchangeable; if change is permitted by Sponsor, any and all associated change fees or restructuring of the trip are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. No substitution, or cash equivalent for a prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor, at its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of comparable or greater value, whether due to the unavailability of the Grand Prize or prize component, or for any other reason. In the event that a prize component is not available for whatever reason then the remaining elements of prize or prize components shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the Grand Prize winner and no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.
