Oh!! I’m a 5′2 tall who weighs 130 something lbs. I’m only growing sideways; it’s the width……….
I just remembered.. I am freaking out.. 
I need to get rid of this “thing” around my waist.. !! arrrrg 
arg.. What should I do.. Is there any diet pills that DO work?? 
I REALLY needed this, thanks! (even though I think they don’t work…)
I need to lose about 15 lbs before mid – end of May.. I forgot my Aunt’s wedding date is getting nearer.. I have this dress, and oh boy…..

Just do waist exercises. Stand straight legs apart with arms over your head, then bend sideways to the left, and then up, do ten times each side to start and increase each day. your waist will be sore, but it will decrease.

try to touch your knee as you bend sideways, may take a while.

I have not personally tried this, but I’ve heard very good things about Laci Le Beau Super Dieter’s Tea. I think I even saw a free sample for the stuff on here a while ago…. I’m gonna go look….

I”m sure that they may help curb your appetite. but you never know. I know that I stopped getting cream in my coffee.. I also use splenda, but I do get the fat free half & half.. and I noticed a difference. But I also goto P.T. 3X’s a week…

Leighhhhhhhhhhhh,GUESS WHAT??? I got SCRUBBIES !!!!!!!!!!! I went to the Walmart on the other side of town today :bigthumb: I took 1 through a regular checkout because the Walmart last nite on my side of town would only let me use 1 and my son took the others through self checkout and had No problems
