The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of California, Arizona, and Nevada who reside within a thirty (30) miles radius of a Cardenas Markets or a Los Altos Ranch Markets
PRIZES AND ODDS: Odds are based on total Code count, with most prizes
consisting of Instant Win prizes (see Section 7, below). Potential winning Game Participation is
planned to be distributed on a random basis for an estimated one million, and five hundred and
five thousand (1,505,000) total Codes. A winning Game Participation may reveal either (1) an
Instant Win Prize and accompanying Code, or (2) a Code to submit through the Sweepstakes Site
for a chance to win a First Place or Grand Prize.
(a) It is planned that Instant Prizes will include food and retail items and have
approximate retail values ranging from $0.99 to $5.99. It is planned that approximately
302,279 Instant Prizes will be distributed between June 3, 2026 – July 7, 2026. The odds
of winning an Instant Prize are approximately 1 in 5. (b) It is planned that First Place Prizes will consist of home goods that may
include, but are not limited to, small electronics, gift cards or kitchen supplies and/or
appliances, and have approximate retail values ranging from $50.00 to $520.00. It is
planned that approximately 225 First Place Prizes will be distributed between June 3, 2026
to July 17, 2026. The odds of winning a First Place Prize are approximately 1 in 6,689.
(c) It is planned that 6 Grand Prizes (“Grand Prize 1” and “Grand Prize 2”) are
awarded at 2 designated times during the Game Period. The Grand Prize 1 drawing will
take place on or near June 24, 2026 and Grand Prize 2 drawing will take place on or near
July 21, 2026. Grand Prize 1 and Grand Prize 2 will include three (3) Grand Prizes, each
separately distributed to three (3) Grand Prize Winners in each drawing. Each Grand Prize
drawing includes one (1) “Groceries for a Year” winners and two “Meat for a Year”
winners. The “Groceries for a Year” will be in the form of a gift card, containing a value
of $5,200.00, redeemable only at Sponsor’s locations. The retail value of Groceries for a
Year is approximately $5,200.00, calculated on a weekly basis of $100.00 per week. The
“Meat for a year” will be in the form of a gift card, containing a value of $1,820,
redeemable only at Sponsor’s locations. Estimated value of “Meat for a year” is
approximately $1,820, calculated on a weekly basis of about $35.00 per week. The odds of
becoming a Grand Prize winner are 1 in 250,000
