Prizes: Rayovac will select one grand prize winner and three runners up winners at random using www.random.org from all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winners will receive the Prizes listed below. The Prizes will be delivered no later than July 31, 2012. If necessary due to unavailability of a prize component for any reason, prize components of equal or greater value may be awarded at the discretion of Rayovac. The winners are subject to verification. Rayovac is not responsible for any change in any entrant’s e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. The winners will be required to comply with all instructions and documents in the e-mail notification. Failure to respond or return all required documents within 4 days of issuance by Rayovac may result in a winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. The decisions of the judges shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Subject to these Official Rules, the Grand Prize includes: a signed Jason Christie Jersey with an approximate retail value (“APV”) of $50, a fishing pole with lures with an APV of $150, a Rayovac Camping Bundle with an APV of $59.96. Rayovac reserves the right to add additional prize components or delete prize components from this list. The Runner up prizes include: lures and a Rayovac Camping Bundle with an APV of $63.96. •The total APV of the Grand Prize is $259.96. The total APV of all Prizes is $515.80
