Prize. One Nominated School will receive the prize which consists of 50 Kindle devices (without Special Offers, Wi-Fi, 6″ Display) [approximate retail value (“ARV”) $89.00 each device]. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,450.00. The winning Nominated School will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winning Nominated School in receiving or using the prize.
