Five (5) Teacher Prizes – One (1) per Region (‘Nominee’): Each “Teacher Prize” is a Walmart shopping spree, awarded in the form of a $5,000 Walmart gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Teacher Prize is $5,000. Walmart-hosted shopping spree experience is awarded to the winning teacher at a participating Walmart store. Sponsor’s designee will coordinate with the winning teacher to identify the Walmart store and arrange scheduling.

Five (5) Nominator Prizes – One (1) per Region: Each “Nominator Prize” is a $100 gift card to Walmart. The ARV of each Nominator Prize is $100. Self-nominated entrants are not eligible for a Nominator prize.

Five (5) School Prizes – One (1) per Region (‘Nominee’s School’): Each School associated with the winning teacher in each Region will receive a $5,000 Walmart grant (“School Prize”). The School Prize is awarded directly to the School, and not to an individual. Sponsor’s designee will work with the winning teacher to contact the appropriate School representative to arrange for School Prize fulfillment.

The BIC Back-to-School Clear the List Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska) as of date of entry (each and “Entrant”). The prize will only be awarded to a teacher who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska), and who is a current full-time educator employed at a public or private elementary, middle, or high school (the “Eligible Teacher”).
