I never got this message while I was signing up for it, but then we’re already Dish customers.
It’s possible they got hit up for samples so hard, they’ve now decided to give them away to new customers only so be careful what you click on. You don’t want to accidentally sign up for an agreement if you don’t mean to.

@Linda, geez I hope not. I looked and looked myself to see what I was getting into, but I didn’t see anything about having to sign up. It looked to me like they’re just trying to get info so they can spam or junk mail you. I get the junk mail anyway, so I might as well get the kangaroo too.

@Terri, yea I didn’t see anything either about the 12 month promo prior to submitting my info but after you submit at the bottom in fine print, it says that…Grr, if I get signed up I am going to be sooo pissed off!

T, what don’t you understand about how there wasn’t anything about the 12 month PRIOR to submitting; initially, the fine print just stated you are going to receive the plushie. However, After you submit, the fine print states that the plushie AND 12 month promo is available. I guess some people really DON’T read…
Anyways, just because the 12 month promo is available, doesn’t mean you are automatically signed up for it…I hope.
