PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize consists of:
one 6-day/5 night trip for winner and one (1) guest to the 2010 Sundance
Film Festival. Trip includes hotel accommodations at Park City Peaks
Hotel (one room, double occupancy); round trip airfare to and from
major airport closest to winner’s residence and the Salt Lake City
International Airport for two (2); eight (8) tickets to four (4)
select 2010 Sundance Film Festival events to be determined by Sponsor; a
$400.00 Timberland® gift card redeemable at Timberland Specialty Stores,
Timberland Factory Stores and online at www.timberland.com; and two (2)
pair of Timberland Earthkeeper boots. Selection of airline, airport,
flight itinerary and tickets to 2010 Sundance Film Festival are within
the sole discretion of Timberland. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of
the Grand Prize: $4,000.00.
