PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A five (5) day / four (4) night trip for
winner and three (3) companions (individually, “Guest” and collectively
“Group”) to Honolulu, HI, on Sponsor-selected dates; (“Trip”), consisting of
