Prizes: The prize consists of a trip for the potential winner and one (1) guest, who is eighteen (18) years old or order, or child of the winner, will receive a trip and one (1) guest to Super Bowl XLIV (“Super Bowl”) in South Florida (Miami, FL) (February 5, 2010 through February 8, 2010) which includes the following: (i) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to the location of Super Bowl XLIV; (ii) three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room; double occupancy); (iii) two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIV; (iv) ground transportation to and from the Miami airport, the Super Bowl and Saturday Night sponsor organized activity; (v) Saturday Night Promotion Winner Dinner; (vi) $300 Visa Debit Card for winner only; and (vii) Official Super Bowl Gift with approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $50 The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,807.
