Download the My Sprint Rewards App for iOS or Android and login with your Sprint account. Click get started, then Sprint Rewards and select the free $5 Amazon Gift Card. There should also be a Free $5 Statement credit on there for select users as well. You might be able to find these offers if you’re not seeing them by searching for amazon, or by logging out and logging back in. These offers might be for the 1 year anniversary of Sprint Rewards, so if you haven’t been using it for that long you might not get it yet.
