Winner Determination/Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ ARV”): On or about two (2) business days after the Promotion Period has ended, Administrator, an independent judging agency, shall perform a Prize Drawing from among all eligible Entries received (“Prize Drawing”), to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (“Prize Winner”) and one hundred (100) First Prize Winners. Once confirmed, the Grand Prize winner will receive four (4) Fandango movie ticket codes (ARV: $60) and a Backyard Prize Pack that includes: an outdoor theater (ARV: $350), chairs (ARV: $740), popcorn maker (ARV: $395), picnic blankets ($45), cooler (ARV: $465), popcorn kits (ARV: $150) and a Solo Stove Fire Pit (ARV: $375). Once confirmed, each of the one hundred First Prize Winners will receive two (2) Fandango movie ticket codes (ARV: $3,000). The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Promotion is five thousand five hundred eighty dollars (ARV: $5,580).
