People who received a notice that their private information may have been exposed in a January 2024 cyberattack on Vasindas' Around The Clock Care, Inc. can take part in this class action settlement. The compromised files reportedly may have included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and medical and health insurance details. The company denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided that it did anything wrong. To receive any payment or benefit, you must submit a valid and timely claim form. The fastest route is filing online through the settlement website, though you can also download a paper form and mail it to the settlement administrator, or call or email the administrator to request a copy.
