This settlement covers California residents who booked parking through ParkOn.com or CheapAirportParking.org between July 1, 2024, and June 9, 2025, and paid a mandatory Reservation Fee for that booking. The lawsuit claims the companies, Service Spot LLC and TripGate LLC, did not clearly disclose the mandatory fee as California's Honest Pricing Law requires. The defendants deny violating any law but agreed to settle to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continuing the case. Eligible people can get a share of the settlement fund, paid pro rata based on the total processing fees paid. To receive any money, you must submit a claim form by December 17, 2026. If you do nothing, you give up your right to sue over these claims and get no payment. You can instead exclude yourself or object by May 4, 2026, or ask to speak at the final approval hearing on November 2, 2026. Excluding yourself means you get no benefits but keep your right to sue.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
