This proposed class action settlement involves Safe Fleet Holdings LLC and Clarience Technologies LLC over a cyber incident in April 2024 that gave unauthorized access to files containing personal information. If you received a notice from Safe Fleet, or your private information was potentially affected, you may be a settlement class member and entitled to benefits. The defendants deny wrongdoing and the court has not decided the case, and no benefits will be paid unless the court approves the settlement and it becomes final. To receive anything, you must submit a valid and timely claim form, which you can do online, by mailing a downloaded form, or by requesting a paper copy from the settlement administrator. If you do nothing, you give up the right to sue over the covered claims. Opting out must be done by November 2, 2026 if you want to keep your right to sue separately. The claim deadline is December 2, 2026, and the final approval hearing is scheduled for November 2, 2026.
