If you spent money playing the social casino-style games Pulsz or Pulszbingo in Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, or Massachusetts during the covered periods, you may be a class member in a settlement with Yellow Social Interactive. The lawsuit claims the sale of virtual chips broke state laws. The company denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continuing the case. Covered periods start in 2022 or 2023 depending on the state and run through August 31, 2026. If you do nothing, you will receive benefits in virtual currency and give up your right to sue over these claims. You may optionally submit an election form online or by mail to choose a cash payment, virtual Gold Coin, or both. To opt out, you must affirmatively submit an exclusion request and you will receive no benefits. You can also object or ask to speak at the fairness hearing. Elections, exclusions, and objections are all due November 30, 2026.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
