This proposed class action settlement covers people who applied for jobs with Pandora Ventures, LLC or its related companies and who were in Washington state. The lawsuit claims that Pandora's job postings for Washington positions did not disclose the wage scale or salary range, or a general description of benefits, as Washington law requires. The defendants deny the claims and say they did nothing unlawful. The court still has to decide whether to approve the settlement, and no payments will be made unless it is approved and becomes final. To receive a payment, you must make sure the settlement administrator has your current, valid mailing address, either by contacting them directly or by submitting the address form included with the notice. You may also exclude yourself, which removes you from the class and any payment but keeps your right to sue separately, or object by writing to the court, which requires staying in the class. Both the opt-out and objection deadlines are December 14, 2026. The final approval hearing is January 22, 2027 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Taki Flevaris.
