People who received notice that their personal information may have been compromised in a security incident at the Jefferson County Health Center between October 31 and November 15, 2022 are in this class action settlement, which is pending in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri. The defendant will pay $2,250,000 into a settlement fund if the court grants final approval. Eligible members who file a valid claim can choose either a fixed cash payment of $150 with no documentation needed, or reimbursement of up to $300 for lost time and out-of-pocket costs, which requires supporting documents. Final payment amounts depend on fees, costs, and how many valid claims are filed. Claims can be submitted online or mailed with a postmark on or before November 16, 2026. Doing nothing keeps you in the class but gives no payment. Objections and exclusion requests also have a November 16, 2026 deadline, and the fairness hearing is set for December 10, 2026.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
