If you received a notice from Jack's Family Restaurants that your private information was involved in the July-August 2025 cyberattack on its computer systems, you may be a class member in this settlement. Information that may have been accessed includes names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, and bank account details used for direct deposit of wages. The company denies wrongdoing, but the parties agreed to settle to avoid the costs and risks of continued litigation. Class members who want benefits must submit a valid and timely claim form, which can be filed online or mailed to the settlement administrator; paper copies are available by calling or emailing the administrator. Those who do nothing stay in the settlement and give up the right to sue over the covered claims but receive no payment. You may opt out instead by November 13, 2026, or object by the same date. The claim deadline is November 30, 2026, and the court will hold a final approval hearing on December 15, 2026.
