A New Mexico restitution program for people who took out loans through FastBucks Holding Corporation between 2007 and 2016. It is run by the New Mexico Department of Justice and the administrator EisnerAmper, following a 2016 court judgment in Santa Fe County. You may qualify if FastBucks loan records identify you as a consumer borrower who was adversely affected by the business practices at issue. People who received a notice with a Claim ID Number should include it when filing. If you did not receive one, you can still submit a claim form with additional loan details so they can verify your borrowing history. Roughly $964,000 in gross recovered funds is tied to the matter, but no specific payment amount is promised, since fees and administrative costs will reduce the net pool. Filing is free and must be done online or by mail by November 24, 2026. Payments are expected in April 2027. Before accepting any payment, read the legal-effect warning, because accepting may affect your legal rights.
