This proposed class action settlement may cover people who applied for a job in Washington State through a posting on Assa Abloy-related websites or an authorized third-party recruiting platform between January 1, 2023 and July 26, 2025, where the posting did not list a wage scale or salary range. The lawsuit claims the job postings lacked required pay and benefits disclosures. The defendants deny any wrongdoing. The defendants would pay between about $269,513 and $395,000 total, depending on how many eligible people file claims. The court has preliminarily approved the settlement, but it still must give final approval before any payments are made.
