This settlement covers people whose private information was exposed in a January 2023 cyberattack on Arizona Labor Force, Inc. and Labor Systems, Inc. Files accessed in the incident may have included names, addresses, financial history, and Social Security numbers. The defendants deny wrongdoing, but they agreed to settle the lawsuit to avoid the costs and risks of continuing it. If you are a class member and your information was compromised, you can receive a cash payment, but only by submitting a valid and timely Claim Form. You can file online through the settlement website, or download the form and mail it to the settlement administrator. You can also email the administrator to request a paper copy. If you do nothing, you stay in the settlement and give up the right to sue over the same claims without receiving payment. You may opt out instead, which keeps your right to sue but means no payment, or object to the settlement by writing to the court. The claim deadline is December 28, 2026, and the final approval hearing is scheduled for January 12, 2027.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
