down at the very bottom of the page you click “give me a slice” and you fill out the form that shows up and that’s it.

Just got one, the guy was talking about burping up pizza, really gross, but I refreshed, and scrolled all the way to the bottom, there wasn’t a green button, but there was bold black print saying Get Your Free Slice Here, and a blue click here link, i clicked and the form popped up, filled it out, and submit, and it said I got one! yay!
