I finally got the email. Unfortunately I have been trying to transfer the amount to my Starbucks card and it keeps telling me the following: Oops, something has gone wrong!
We’re sorry, but we can’t look up your balance right now. Please try again later. I guess I will just to print it.

I had that same thing happen the last time,so I just printed it out. You can still use it without your card. I had sent them an email letting them know it was not working, and they added the amount to my card automatically
So I actually got 2 FREE coffee’s the last time! 
I didn’t know if the paper copy would still work after claiming one with my card, but I gave it a shot and it did!
