The first 2,703 each week get 2 free products, first 4,730 get 1 free product coupon. Each week for this begins on monday at Midnight eastern. Also the first 122 each week get a free magazine subscription, and the first 68 each week get a Styling tool.

I finished this at 12:15 am and all it would let me choose at that time was .50cent coupon,$1.00 coupon or 1 free product. I didnt claim anything and I just went back and now all the prizes are there. thanks

It says I got coupons, free products, the styling tool, and the mag subscription, but I only seem to have the option of downloading a coupon for .50 off 2 products. Am I missing something?

I don’t have any empty boxes to check. There’s like a bar with all the prizes listed under it it with green checks over each prize. At the bottom it says “Claim your prize or coupon” but it’s always a .50 off 2 products coupon.

The message after you select your prize and submit the form, says to allow 6 to 8 weeks! So give it 2 months from the time you did it, for it to show up.

If you used the same address you will only receive the first prize you won. The rules says on prize per household.
Also, after you fill out the form it says to allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. So, about 2 months from the time you won, that’s when you should get your prize.

This does not work for me no matter what I do & it tells me I have to be 18 or older to qualify – I gave my year of birth of 1955 & this is what they come up with? It’s not really “live” right now. They haven’t updated the prizes at all. It is the same items as an hour ago. I am trying for the free year and have been going every minute since before the hour to get it and nothing has changed this whole time. Sigh.

Check again. Those are the prizes it showed “last night” too (after 11 pm est Sunday night) — including the web consultation which while worth a lot must not be a much sought after prize. It just refreshed a few minutes ago now and I was able to see every prize offered.

I took 2 of the 8 tests then on the 3rd one instead of letting me vote, it told me I have to download an Adobe Flash Player update. I went ahead and updated (got a 100% complete message), went back to the site to continue, but it keeps telling me I have to update Adobe Flash Player. Can’t figure out why. Any suggestions?

One way to go a little faster is to click the icon for the next video after your correct answer has registered. You don’t have to watch the sequence where the guy with the tall hair tells the stylist they were right/wrong. I just do some tidying up around the computer when they’re playing.
And remember, it’s midnight eastern when it starts, so you might not have to do it at midnight your time. Then you might have a better chance of getting something.

so after all that, was on their site almost 1/2 hr., I got 2 free products… which for Suave stuff is at most $3 each. I got a coupon for a free dry shampoo spray and its really great stuff! Especially in the summer, if I shower at night, hair is wild in the morning, after working outside, or just when I need to refresh my hair I spray it on my roots, fluff my hair up, maybe brush… So if you get free products I recommend trying the Dry Shampoo!

I had that problem last week. The video’s kept freezing up and then I would have to start all over and watch them all AGAIN only to get to the last one and it crash again. Spent 45 minutes and never got to complete it. Total waste of time. Would be worth it if they didn’t freeze up and wipe out all the time previously spent. Too bad you can’t interrupt the video’s and just vote to prevent the freeze ups. I didn’t mind watching them once but twice and still get nothing…arrgh!!!

right click in the window when their site is open, you should see a box with settings for flash player. Click the middle tab on the bottom with the folder, and slide that slider all the way to the right so its set to 0. It should clear the cookies and you can refresh and do it

I STILL cannot get the one with the car (road trip or whatever) to work! This is the 3rd week I’ve tried. Its just that one for some reason, anyone else? It gets to the point they’re going on the roadtrip and gets stuck, I leave the page open and it never does anything. If I refresh I have to watch the 1st part again, then gets stuck..

My Java applet always crashes on the Dr. Boogie one. I send the crash report, then select the option to reload the page. Always works after, no idea why. Maybe make sure your java stuff is up to date? What browser do you use?

So, I found out about this in early May, and have done it religiously since then. I always opt for the two coupons. Three or four weeks ago, I got three coupons at the same times (the first week I came in late and could only get one coupon). Then the coupons stopped entirely, and I haven’t gotten any more. I have gotten 3 hair dryers so far & they are really nice, not cheap. I do it every week since May & so far I have gotten about 30 coupons for me & my family. I use the same address but different emails. I mute the whole thing & click on the answers as they come up. I have never heard the program at all. Dont give up everybody, you will get your coupons. It does take time.

i only use 2 browsers & thats internet explorer & google chrome. Maybe it just wont work in your foxfire. You could try downloading google chrome, go to the suave page & see if it works. If if doesnt then u could delete the chrome. Have u tried it again now. Maybe its because of all the traffic at nite? Try & get back to me.

Do it again and take a screenshot of each step you do when you are on the confirmation page. Then you will have all the info you submitted and then the page confirming it went through. It could go either way, but just make sure you enter each week and pick the styling tool each time if you really want to ensure you get it (and maybe several others).

I ‘pre-watch’ all the videos, do it anytime – the answers stay on your computer unless you clear your flash. Then at about 12am Monday head back to the site and keep refreshing untill the prizes restock. Well I figured out how to clear cookies but that helped up a certain point. Was moving along well & then the arrow in the center of the screen kept spinning & spinning & would not let me open the “Wind” segment. Then I just skipped & went to the next segment & after showing part of the video, the picture went away of the 2 gals in the chairs along with narrator & the hairdresser in that segment. Had no luck getting any of that segment to work so I have given up completely. Too much work for a lousy $1.00 off coupon.

try another strategy:
do all the answers during the week
and after you finish the last one just close the site.it will keep your answres.on sunday night at 12:01 go to the the site, open it up
and go straight to order your price.that way i was able to year supplies and styling tools.

I have been doing this since spring/summer and have won several free product coupons (maybe three or four sets) before stopping about four weeks ago. About two months ago I won a styling tool.
Then the following week I won another one. Then I won a web styling consultation (never received) and a magazine subscription (never received) then I stopped.
A month passed by and I got a ribbon curling iron (styling tool 1). Then I received two free product coupons in the mail.
The thing is, I had been keeping track of my winnings and had not won this set of two coupons. I’m still waiting on styling tool 2, but I think they sent me the free product coupons as a consolation, like “We know you won the styling tool, but since we’re too lame to send it to you/we ran out without removing it as a prize on the list, here are two free product coupons to hold you over.”

I chose the magazine subscription about 4 months ago but never received it and have no idea what magazine it even is; I also have won 2 free products at least twice before but as far as I know never received the coupons. I’ve played at least 5 or 6 times but maybe it takes a lot longer to receive the coupons than it does for other product sample coupons, I don’t know. No time I’ve ever played has the styling tool been offered but only the last 2-3 times have I done it right at midnight so we’ll see. It took 3 months for my hair dryer to show up, so don’t give up hope. I’ve also gotten several of the coupons. These usually show up pretty fast (within 4-6 weeks). It’s easy to miss the coupons because it looks like a postcard insert, but the 2 coupons are attached to the back of that. I almost missed it the 1st time. Keep trying and don’t give up everyone. I’ve actually gotten everything that I have won so far, but it does take awhile.

clearing your cookies are whatever is that how the error message goes away at the end when you fill out the from at the end?

It just clears all the memory that they store on your system to identify you so you can’t sign up again. Once you clear your cookies they won’t know that You’ve signed up before and you can do it all over again.

Also only got 1 free product coupon as highest prize. Finally got my coupons about 10 days ago for one of the previous contest wins. Good luck all and yes, this contest must be out of all the styling tools.
