no this one(and any one with the number: 467467) is run by shoptext
When you do your first one they will have you text back and forth to get your information, which you can avoid by registering on http://www.shoptext.com
When you register you dont have to enter your credit card info, I think there is a box there for that. You wont get any random texts from them either

Only if you sign up for them.
At the end of every text it’ll tell you to text another word to receive updates from that company. But it’s totally optional
