Couple minutes in, and the site is already malfunctioning.
I filled out the form, but when I hit the submit button, nothing happened. So I have no clue whether is went through or not.

its 12 noon eastern standard time. im in oklahoma, and noon est is 11am. i am in central standard time. so i am an hour behind. you should check to see when time zone you are in, because these go live at exactly 12 noon est.
