I did this 25 years ago and an atty. took my case for free and filed an affadavit of poverty so I would not have to pay fees to the court. I was surprised but he did it. Also, my daughter got the people at the Womens Shelter to help her with her divorce. There are a lot of resourses out there, u just gotta find them. Good luck, hon..my heart is with u!!

I don’t know about the state Rileys Mom lives in, but she should go get a full time job immediately, because without visible means of support she will probably lose custody of the child. She could still go to college part time.

honey, you can apply to the non profit i work with at http://www.linksofloveonline.org. they might be able to find you resources in your area you are unaware of. there is a screening process and you will need to contact them to tell them the urgency in this matter to see if you can be bumped up in the line waiting approval. the screening process merely involves proving certain things about your situation but you do not have to submit bank information or your social security number.

Have you checked with the local colleges? Here in Nj one of the colleges offer free legal help (Seton Hall Law Clinic). I would also try Legal Aid. Good Luck!

it is honestly a fabulous machine but the noise threw me at first. i am used to it now. lol. well worth it for that coffee!! it is just so nice to get a prefect cup every time i want one!

just a few hints and warnings. one is the machine is LOUD when it runs. its not broken, just loud. lol it takes a minute or two to heat up the water. the pods for senseo are very strong, bitter tasting so most people use one pod and brew through it twice for a cup of coffee. i prefer their paris blend with vanilla and caramel. YUMMY.

Thanks for the information, I probally would have thought it was broke. May not get it now, if it’s super loud. Since Aubrie wears hearing aids loud things are amplified! I wouldn’t want to buy something that would hurt her ears! Like I said really appreciate the info! :kiss:

Aubrie is my baby she is 2 1/2yrs old, not really a baby! She was born hearing impaired and wears hearing aids in both ears. Briana is my almost five year old and hubby is Chris!

Krista (& leigh) I see, well, I absolutely LOVE the name, you did good mom :wink: I know what you mean about hearing aides and ears and all of that. My son ahs had FOUR dual ear tube surgery’s, adnoidlectomy, tonsilectomy, and has probs from like the neck up since he was born! It’s so hard, everything from all the dr. apptmnts. having him (her) sit close to the teacher in cleass, and most of all, have all the volumnes on everything on about 50! My hearing is very sensitive and can hear everything (even 7-up bubbling on the nightstand) He’s 16 now, and has been a battle all of life, dr. said he will be chronic

Thanks hubby picked Briana and I picked out Aubrie! I love different names, I wanted to name Briana Oceana! Hubby said no way! We spelled it with the ie instead of the ey so she would match. All of us have ri’s in our names! Didn’t want her to feel left out afterwards realized her and Briana have bri in their name. Don’t know what we will do if we have another one! Should have never done the don’t want them to feel left out thing!

I like mine blonde and sweet, so, I prefer a stronger coffee, I’ve noticed people who take it black can’t handle it as strong, besides, I need a “kick” (in the butt) for my mid-day slump! :wink:

a basic senseo pod coffee maker retails for about $65 at wal mart. the pods are 3-4 a bag for 20 pods. this is 15$ total shipping and handling and you get a basic machine with one bag of pods and a cannister to store the pods in to keep them fresh. its a nice nice deal!

I have a Senseo and my hubby will not drink any other coffee!! I also got the $15 s/h one. Matter of fact, I got 2. 1st one fell off the table and busted in a million pieces, so I had a backup one ready!!

and if your local wal mart or target dont sell the converter kits to make your own pods let me know. i have a link to get them online for $14. but they are cheaper if you can find them in a local store. no one had them here where i live so i had to order mine online. now i can make ANY kind of coffee i want! bliss

the first time i started it!! lol and read the dang directions. i didnt and wondered why the light kept flashing at me! UGH lol it flashes slowly while heating up then is solid lit when it hot enough to make the cofee. it flashes quickly when you are low on water.

more about senseo, to brew tea or expresso you need a converter they sell for those online. which is pretty annoying. they also have these packets called barrista blends, they are decadent and well worth the price. i buy a multi pack every couple months. love the stuff.

Our blockbuster’s are closing here in our area, I’m told net-flix and those redbox’s are too much competition. I remember 1 time I had a late fee, and they actually sent a statement for it! UGH! I go to our local Family Video, does anyone have those? We pay 9.95 a mth. and then get half off everything in the store, I like them alot-

You go and buy the stuff, then you go on Rite Aides website and put in your receipt and store number, and it asks you which ones you want to do. It’s super easy.

I have a question for every one! A few weeks ago, I got a box in the mail w/ a full size can of Fabreeze Pet Odor Eliminater, a squeeky plastic newspaper dog toy, a dog bandana, a dog food can topper and a nice cnavas small doggie carrier (toy breed sized; not gonna work with my German Shepherd!) Did any one elso get this? I really don’t remember signing up for it? I mean, it was an awesome suprise, but I can’t remember requesting it????

Don’t feel bad, there was a lot of complaining on Catster about those Febreeze packs. Almost everyone who got them, got 2, and a lot of people who signed up for it didn’t get one because so many people got 2. In one of my Catster groups, there were even people who got 3. They did not handle that promotion very well at all. I didn’t even bother contacting them when I didn’t get one.

I just got home from work. In the mail was: Gillette 2in1 face & body wash for men, Xcid Strawberry cream antacid, DentaBurst freshening teeth cleaners, and U.S. News magazine. Not a bad day!
P.S. I will send someone the dog carrier mentioned above, since I really can’t use it. It’s for really a small dog, Yorkie or Chih (I’m not gonna even attempt to spell it – Taco Bell type dog!) First person to email me at IsaJones@myway.com gets it!
