ok I had to clear my cart, clear out the promo code add the 2 downloads again add the promo code again and then when it got to the credit card part just leave it blank and hit submit it worked its downloading now.

Canceled mine too. Sucks since it was part of my Moms Christmas present AND I paid the difference. You would think that since I ordered beyond the coupons amount they could leave the code and not cancel my order.
