I give up. 1233pm az time. first time around got thru the book parameters, then told error. started over. got thru that, loaded pictures, waited a long time for pictures to become reality, and got another error. spending way too much time and getting no return! thanks anyway.

I got that several times. Your book is automatically saved, so just keep going back to it and you’ll get through. Perseverance pays off, but since it’s expired, oh well.

Just talked with my sister.. She was having same problem. She instructed me, when it says techinacal diffuculities, to reopen the page, click on “my photo works”tab, then scroll down to your projects, click on actions, then edit your project.. that should work ( for some, not me though) Hope someone else has better luck than me

I never got to add text to the front, or to go over the whole thing. I just put it in the cart and checked out really fast! At the end it shows $0 owed, but it still asks for a credit card. I hope it doesn’t charge me!

If you’re done under your book it says actions click on put in cart. Then click on the cart and check out. This worked for me, the only thing is I didn’t get to finish the text on the front of my book. Oh well! Try this and let me know if it works!

Hotprints.com gives you a free photobook every month.. My Sister has got 2 of them so far and everything (including shipping) is free. No credit card required.. Just give me 20 mins. before you all swamp the site so it dont freeze on me lol

WOW!!! That was easy.. They arrange it for you …It does say it “may come with a detachable advertisement” but for it being 1 free book a month… I’LL TAKE IT!!! especially since I never get lucky enough to get the free photobooks

I got the error message and everything too,but i closed out like it said and logged back in and yes you can find your book in the photoworks tab it processed my order and i used a old prepaid gift card with nothing on it Hope you all get it but i am happy because i never get the good stuff i missed the fashion playtes and today CSN finally cancelled my order took them long enough well have fun with your creations

I put paypal as my method of payment and I did not have to enter a credit card number or password for Paypal. It just went through and I got a confirmation the cost is $0.00.

It lets you make the book and even accepts the code.. but once you try to finalize it, it tells you they have no more

Thanks so much Chris. I just finished. I put my beach pictures from our vacation this year. I first thought it was 20 pictures then realized it would take more. Didn’t have any problems with the order (just they wanted a credit card to process) saved over 80 bucks. Chris you are good at getting us such great freebies.

I just ordered mine my total came to 0.00…I had to enter my CC # they better not charge me anything I do not have enough money in there to cover it..
I had to update my Jave to get it to work.. It took about 5 minutets then it worked like a charm.
