You simply write the text word, in this case it’s Bloom and then you send it to the number, which is 467467

How do they get your home address from your email address?

I’ve you’ve signed up with ShopText online or you’ve done one of their free offers in the past, they should have your info already. If you’ve never done one before, they should text you back with instructions on how to set up your address so the item can be sent to you.

Oh – I think there was one a few days ago for the Decree journal. Only they asked for a home phone and got my home address that way. Odd that this company wants an email address, which has no tie in to my home address, home phone, or cell phone number.

You can register on their website. That way they already have your address and you won’t need to text back & forth.

Done. My phone has text capability, at 20 cents per text. I used it for the first time on the previous shop text offer. took 5 of their texts and 5 of mine to get my name and address entered. this time I did the email and got a thank you confirm back. my phone has alot of steps I have to go thru to get a text sent. by trial and error I figured out how to do it the right way now. Hope the item comes. but good practice for my texting skills, which are none. thanks.

Trying to send the text through Google Voice. It won’t deliver the message. Am I doing something wrong, or won’t it work with Google Voice? I’m too cheap to use my cell phone, as it costs me 20c a text.

Google Voice doesn’t allow ’short codes’ as they are called. I researched this the other day. I don’t want the 20c per text fee either and I certainly don’t want to start getting text spam. I can’t find any online service that lets you use short codes – so I guess we are out of luck.
