PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (‘ARV’): One Grand Prize and one First Place Prize (each a ‘Prize’ and collectively ‘Prizes’) are available to be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a five (5) day four (4) night trip (the ‘Trip’) for the winner (‘Winner’) and one (1) eligible guest (‘Guest’) to Denarau Island, Fiji from either Los Angeles, San Francisco or Vancouver, Canada whichever is closest to the winner’s residence. (the ‘Gateway Airport’)
The Trip will consist of the following: (1) if winner resides more than 200 miles from the Gateway Airport, round trip economy class air transportation for the Winner and Guest between the airport closest to the Winner’s home ( the ‘Winner’s Airport’) and the Gateway Airport on an airline to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; or if Winner resides less than 200 miles from the Gateway Airport, round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest between the Gateway Airport and Winner’s home; (2) round trip economy class air transportation for the Winner and Guest between the Gateway Airport and Denarau Island, Fiji on Fiji Airways; (3) roundtrip transfers between the Nadi International Airport (‘NAN’) and the Fiji Resort and Spa on Denarau Island: 4) one (1) room double occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa on Denarau Island, (room and tax only); 5) Complimentary Access to Fiji Airways Premiere Lounge. Winner is solely responsible for transportation and related costs for the Winner and Guest between the Winner’s home and the Winner’s Airport, including without limitation, ground transportation, parking and any other incidentals.
The Approximate Retail Value (‘ARV’) of the Grand Prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
