Four (4) Winners will be selected in a random drawing, which will take place at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or around June 12, 2014.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a new 2014 Corvette Stingray Z51.4. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:4. All warranties are limited to the manufacturer’s warranties. Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize Winner. Package, factory options and other specifics are to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Grand Prize Winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle. Failure to show same may result in Grand Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining First Prize Winners via a random drawing. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, dealer preparation, applicable taxes or fees. Destination and handling charges, and other fees associated with delivering the vehicle to Grand Prize Winner’s home, will be paid for by Sponsor. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner must be available to take delivery of vehicle within five (5) days after winning, or the vehicle may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the Grand Prize Winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $81,000.00 (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Value of 2014 Corvette Stingray is $66,000.00, plus $15,000.00 in Sponsor-determined upgrades). NOTE: No cash alternative will be offered. Additionally, Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of $84,075.00 (Grand Prize amount plus First Prize amount) for the 2014 tax year and will be required by federal and state law to report this as income and pay applicable income taxes for this amount.
Four (4) First Prize Winners will each receive a trip for First Prize Winner to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky, for a chance to win the Grand Prize. During their trip, each First Prize Winner will receive a key, and if that key starts the Corvette at the museum, that First Prize Winner will be the Grand Prize Winner. Each First Prize Winner’s trip includes a 3 day/2 night trip for Winner to Bowling Green, Kentucky, to the Corvette Museum on a Sponsor-specified date in 2014 (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor). Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Kentucky for Winner, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one [1] standard room; room rate and room tax only), a Corvette merchandise prize pack, a VIP pass to the Corvette museum, a Corvette factory pass and $1,000 spending money for the Winner, awarded as a Visa® Gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $3,075.00. If Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of trip destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Winner must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor between August 10, 2014 and September 30, 2014 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Winner.
Twenty (20) Second Prize Winners will each receive a prize package consisting of a Sponsor-specified Mobil 1 and Corvette merchandise. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $50.00.
Total Prize pool ARV is $94,300.00.
