Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for winner and *three (3) verified guests (who must be 13 years of age or older) to Miami, Florida on dates to be determined by Sponsor sometime during the period of February 2026 through October 2026 to meet Mr. Lionel “Leo” Messi and attend a professional soccer match. Prize consists of:
Up to *four (4) round-trip coach air travel from the nearest major airport to the Grand Prize winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to Miami. Actual departure date, times, airline and departing airports based upon availability and will be solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and their guest(s) must travel together on same itinerary as set by Sponsor;
Up to *two (2) standard hotel rooms, each for four (4) days/three (3) nights;
Up to*four (4) tickets to a professional soccer match in Miami, Florida (“Soccer Match”);
· Meet-and-greet opportunity with Mr. Messi; meet-and-greet opportunity will be supervised; Grand Prize winner and their guest(s) must comply with all instructions of Sponsor as to meet-and-greet opportunity at all times, including treating Mr. Messi in a respectful and socially appropriate manner; Mr. Messi may (or may not) in his sole discretion autograph items or pose for photographs/video (“selfies”) with winner and guest(s); if meet-and-greet opportunity cannot be awarded as intended for any reason, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute the entire liability/obligation of Sponsor; and
One-thousand-five-hundred-dollars ($1,500) in the form of a check from Sponsor/Administrator made payable to the Grand Prize winner that may be used for additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules.
Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $5,000.00 (depending on number of tickets awarded).
Grand Prize trip will only be available between February 2026 through October 2026 with specific travel dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Award of Grand Prize is conditioned upon the results of a background check on Grand Prize winner and guest(s).
*If Grand Prize winner chooses to accept the Grand Prize without all three (3) guests (or any guest does not timely return signed liability Release and Publicity Release [where lawful]), Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the Grand Prize winner him/herself and the actual number of guests accompanying the Grand Prize winner on the Grand Prize trip (for example, the number of tickets to Soccer Match will correspond to the Grand Prize winner and the actual number of guests) and no substitute Grand Prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. In addition, no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded if one or more tickets to the Soccer Match are awarded but unused for any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, award of the one-thousand-five-hundred-dollar ($1,500) check element of the Grand Prize is contingent upon Prize winner accepting the Grand Prize trip.
One Hundred (100) First Prizes are available to be awarded. Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) year of MÁS+ BY MESSI products. Prize will be in the form of thirty-one (31) coupons, each redeemable for one (1) MÁS+ BY MESSI 12-count variety pack.
Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize is $434.00.
Fifty (50) Second Prizes are available to be awarded. Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) MÁS+ BY MESSI Prize Pack. Each Prize Pack consists of:
· One (1) Más+ by Messi™ branded backpack cooler;
· One (1) Más+ by Messi™ branded sweat towel;
· One (1) Más+ by Messi™ branded ball cap;
· One (1) Más+ by Messi™ branded pair of Non-RX sunglasses;
· One (1) Más+ by Messi™ branded water bottle; and
One (1) coupon to receive one (1) MÁS+ BY MESSI 12-count variety pack.
Approximate Retail Value of each Second Prize is $160.00.
