If you applied for a job with Wiz, Inc. in Washington State between January 1, 2023 and September 24, 2026, and the posting did not disclose a salary range or a general description of benefits, you may be a member of this class action settlement. The lawsuit claims Wiz's job postings broke Washington law by leaving out pay and benefits information. Wiz denies the claims, and the court has not decided whether the law was broken. The settlement totals $5,000,000 and has been preliminarily approved, but the court still must give final approval before any payments are made. You do not need to file a traditional claim form based on this page, but you must make sure the settlement administrator, Simpluris, has your current mailing address or electronic payment details. You can use the login ID and PIN from your notice or the enclosed address form. Changes are due by November 23, 2026. You may also opt out or object by that date, and the final approval hearing is January 22, 2027.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
