If you received notice that your information may have been involved in the November 2025 cybersecurity incident at Brandt Equities, LP, you may be eligible for settlement benefits in the class action Spencer Andrews, et al. v. Brandt Equities, LP, pending in Cass County District Court in North Dakota. The information involved may have included names, addresses, driver's license numbers, and Social Security numbers. Brandt denies wrongdoing, and the court has not decided the case. To receive benefits you must submit a valid and timely claim form, which can be filed online or downloaded and mailed to the settlement administrator. If you do nothing, you will receive no benefits and will give up your right to sue over the released claims. You may instead opt out by the November 17, 2026 deadline to keep your right to sue, or object to the settlement by that date. The claim deadline is December 17, 2026, and the court will hold a final approval hearing on January 14, 2027.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
