This class action settlement involves Zumba Fitness, LLC, which is accused of sharing customers' purchase information with Meta, MNTN and Pinterest through tracking technology, allegedly violating the federal Video Privacy Protection Act. Zumba denies wrongdoing, and the court has not ruled on who is right. If you received notice by email or postal mail, Zumba's records indicate you are a class member entitled to benefits. You do not need to file anything to get paid: if the court grants final approval, class members who do nothing will automatically receive a settlement payment. You can instead opt out by December 14, 2026 if you want to keep the right to sue Zumba separately, or object to the settlement by the same date and still stay in the class. The court's final approval hearing is set for January 21, 2027. The page does not describe the payment amount or require proof of purchase.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
