This settlement resolves a lawsuit over a data incident at Baptist Health Medical Center in Drew County, Arkansas, in which an outside criminal gained unauthorized access to the company's network between roughly April and July 2024. Information that may have been exposed includes names, addresses, dates of birth, diagnoses, treatment details, and provider names. You are a class member if you received notice of the incident, including notice of this settlement. The company denies wrongdoing, and the court has not ruled on who is right. To receive benefits you must submit a valid, timely claim form, which can be filed online, downloaded and mailed, or requested on paper by calling or emailing the settlement administrator. The claim deadline is December 8, 2026. If you do nothing, you stay in the settlement and give up the right to sue over these claims. Opting out or objecting must be done by November 9, 2026. The court still has to approve the settlement at a final hearing scheduled for February 4, 2027.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
