This settlement covers people whose private information was affected by a targeted cyberattack on the computer systems of Regional Urology and Ochsner LSU Health in October 2025. Files that may have been accessed could include names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical record numbers, and care information from Regional Urology before December 31, 2022. The defendants deny wrongdoing, but they agreed to settle the lawsuit filed in Louisiana's Caddo Parish District Court. If you are affected and do nothing, you are automatically included and give up the right to sue separately. You may instead opt out, or object and ask to speak at the final approval hearing. To receive any cash payment or benefits, you must submit a valid, timely claim form.
