This is a proposed class action settlement over the 401(k) plans sponsored by Northeast Grocery, Inc. and related Tops Markets and Price Chopper plans. If plan records show you were a participant in one of these plans at any time from January 1, 2018 through August 5, 2026, you may be a member of the settlement class and your rights could be affected. You do not need to file a claim to receive a payment if you are entitled to one under the settlement agreement, and the website says that settlement payments will be sent to eligible participants automatically. If you disagree with the settlement, you can file a written objection with the court and the attorneys before the November 17, 2026 deadline. You may also choose to attend the December 1, 2026 fairness hearing to present your objections.
