This class action settlement applies to U.S. residents who received a written notice from Etairos Health, Inc. about a data incident, with notices sent around March 22, 2024. The incident involved a suspected unauthorized access to company systems that may have exposed personal information of current and former employees. Eligible people can file a claim for free credit monitoring. They can also seek reimbursement of unreimbursed out-of-pocket costs up to $4,500 and compensation for time spent dealing with the incident, up to $120. Instead of those reimbursements, claimants may choose a flat alternative cash payment of $75, but not both. Claims must be submitted by December 21, 2026. The company denies wrongdoing and agreed to settle to avoid litigation costs. Payments only go out after final court approval and any appeals are resolved. Claimants should review the notice carefully and consult a tax advisor about any tax consequences.
We're not a law firm; the official settlement site has the final word.
