This settlement covers people whose private information was exposed in a targeted cyberattack on Electronics for Imaging, Inc. systems in September 2024. Exposed data may have included names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, photo identification or driver's licenses, and Social Security numbers. The case, Hibbard, Nelson v. Electronics for Imaging, Inc., is pending in the Superior Court of Merrimack County, New Hampshire. The company denies wrongdoing, and the court has not yet decided whether to approve the deal. If you were affected and want benefits or a cash payment, you must submit a valid claim form before the claim deadline, which can be filed online or by mail to the settlement administrator. If you do nothing, you will receive nothing and give up your right to sue over these claims. You can instead opt out or object by the earlier November 2026 deadlines. The final approval hearing is set for January 2027.
