One (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded, consisting of (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Las Vegas, NV (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) two (2) nights accommodations for two (2) in a Deluxe Studio Suite at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino (one double occupancy room and room tax only); (c) dinner for two (2) at VooDoo (up to $150); (d) breakfast for two (2) at Carnival World Buffet; (e) golf for two (2) at Rio Secco; and (f) the opportunity to attend a special LIVE broadcast of SIRIUS NASCAR® Radio’s “Stewie Awards” being held at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino on Thursday, December 3, 2009 (“Event”). Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is: $2,500.

    This is a great opprotunity for the fans to experience the thrill of a NASCAR event because the electricity in the air is not able to be described if you have not have been to one. A perfect opportunity for anyone.
