One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall receive:
- The opportunity, along with three (3) guests, to attend the Hot Chelle Rae performance which is part of the Today Show™ Concert Series, scheduled to take place in New York, NY on July 20, 2012;
- Four (4) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest winner’s hometown to a New York-area airport (as determined by Sponsor). If the winner lives within One Hundred (100) miles of New York, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation;
- Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, two room, double occupancy) in or around the New York City area;
Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00)
