Prize (1) – a trip for Winner and a guest of Winner over the age of 18 (the “Guest”) to New York, NY arriving in New York City (date subject to be determined) and departing New York City on (date to be determined) 2008 (the “Trip”), (2) admission for Winner and Guest to the Complex Premium Goods event, taking place at Marc Ecko New York Showroom (location subject to change without notice) on the night of (the “Event”) (date to be determined), with ground transportation provided to and from the Event, (3) VIP treatment at the Event, including the opportunities for Winner and Guest to walk the red carpet and interact with performers, (4) meals for Winner and Guest during their time in New York City between the dates of the event (exact dates to be determined, and (5) various articles of clothing for Winner and Guest to be provided by Complex. The Trip shall include (1) coach airfare for Winner and Guest for round trip travel between a destination in the continental United States and New York City, NY, and (2) a double occupancy room for a two night stay in New York City on the nights ofexact dates to be determined. Sponsors shall attempt to accommodate Winner’s preferred times of travel with respect to the Trip; provided, however, the ultimate times and carrier of travel shall be in Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion.
