I must have screwed up!
I went through the whole thing and it said I owed $3.99. By that time, I had invested so much time into the thing I just paid for it! I piced a medium book…not sure what i did wrong 
but it will be cute anyhow!

You probably chose to have a title printed on the cover page. That’s what they offer you towards the end, and you need to un-check it.

I did not see that - I think I was in a daze after trying to get it all set up right for an hour!
oh well…too late! It will be really cute anyhow. Hubby has a birthday coming up - so $3.99 for a photo book of his adorable kids is still a bargain!

Okay, I’ve got Adobe AIR installed but now it’s saying I need Flash Player 9,0,115,0 or later installed. Where do I go to get that. Sorry to pester you, my computer must be a caveman computer b/c I don’t have anything I need on it

I’ve read the installation guide and it says that all this stuff will pop up (and I have the pops turned on) to update but when I click the button nothing happens. I beleive I’m on a 7.0. Does anyone know how to upgrade to a 9.0. If someone could tell me I could try to get the free photo book later tonight. Thanks.

I downloaded the adobe air myself but it still won’t download from the site it keeps saying error if I click no will it still install what is needed for the book?
Is this completly free?

I went all the way through and my total said zero but then it said it was uploading my pictures into their network (or something like that) and it was super slow so I left it up and forgot about it…….4 hours later I found my computer froze up. I wonder if my order actually went through. Any suggestions?

Just go back to the page and put in your email address to begin and go back through check out again. I don’t think it took b/c when it does it will tell you thank you it will be shipped within 7 business days and to check out their forum, blahblahblah….
Hope this helps. It took me 4 times to get it right but I love my book and can’t wait for it to come…
