Posture Pump Neck Exerciser

You lay on it and then squeeze the pump to inflate the air bladder. The thing raises your neck as it fills with air and the straps hold your head down, so air bladder is placing pressure on your neck to stretch out the muscles and tendons. (no more towel rolls now for me)

I got this today from the Chiro free, technically workman’s comp is paying for it though.

So hopefully this forces the curve back into my neck again. :fingersx:
