Instant Win Prize Award and Delivery: The available instant win prize award, number of prizes available and approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize are as follows:

Second Prize Award (Maximum 8 winner): Each second prize winner shall receive: one (1) Blue Chair Bay Rum merchandise bundle (either Island Bar & Grill bundle or Poolside Service bundle). Exact merchandise items included in each kit shall be as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate merchandise item(s) of approximate equal or greater value, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, based upon availability. ARV of each second prize: $100. Total ARV of all available second prize awards: $800.
First Prize Award (Maximum 12 winner): Each first prize winner shall receive: one (1) Kenny Chesney autographed guitar. Prize award does not include any authenticity certificate or verification for autograph. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate merchandise item of approximate equal or greater value, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, based upon availability. ARV of each first prize: $250. Total ARV of all available first prize awards: $3,000.
Grand Prize Award (Maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to Las Vegas, NV to see Kenny Chesney concert at the Sphere during the Sponsor designated travel dates (scheduled for – Friday, 7/10/2026 – Sunday, 7/12/2026), based upon availability, and subject to change. The grand prize has an approximate retail value of $3,000, and includes:
- Round trip coach class airfare for two (2) (winner and one (1) guests age twenty-one (21) or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing Las Vegas, NV. Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor (scheduled for – Friday, 7/10/2026 – Sunday, 7/12/2026);
- In the event winner resides within 250 miles of Las Vegas, NV, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500 travel stipend, in lieu of airfare, in its sole discretion;
- Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at the Sponsor designated hotel in the Las Vegas, NV metro area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor (scheduled for – Friday, 7/10/2026 – Sunday, 7/12/2026);
- Two (2) tickets to Kenny Chelsea concert at The Sphere in Las Vegas for the performance scheduled for 7/11/2026. Show date subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Seat locations as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability;
