3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://sweeppromo.com/ACCSweeps
and follow all entry instructions to complete the entry form and submit to receive one (1) entry
into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”). Entries must be received between Monday, August 25,
2025 at 12:00:00 AM ET and Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Entrants are subject
to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can
be found at https://foodlion.com/privacy-statement.
Limit: One (1) Entry per Entrant per day regardless of whether Entrant has more than one
email address. Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only
the first complete Entry received from a particular Entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts
by the same person to enter, including entries submitted with an alternate email address, will be
disqualified. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or
returned.
4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS:
a. Entry Period #1 Prizes:
• Entry Period #1 First Prize: There is one (1) Entry Period #1 First Prize available to
be won. One (1) Entry Period #1 First Prize winner will receive a prize package to
include the following:
– Two (2) tickets to the 2025 ACC Football Championship Game scheduled
to take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Bank of America Stadium
in Charlotte, North Carolina;
– One (1) $100 Food Lion Gift Card; and
– One (1) Yeti Prize Pack.
The ARV of the Entry Period #1 First Prize is $500.
• Entry Period #1 Second Prize: There is one (1) Entry Period #1 Second Prize
available to be won. One (1) Entry Period #1 Second Prize winner will receive one
(1) $100 Food Lion Gift card and a Yeti Prize Pack. The ARV of the Entry Period #1
Second Prize is $250.
b. Entry Period #2 Prizes:
• Entry Period #2 First Prize: There is one (1) Entry Period #2 First Prize available to
be won. One (1) Entry Period #2 First Prize winner will receive a prize package to
include the following:
– Two (2) tickets to the 2026 ACC Women’s Basketball Semi-Finals
scheduled to take place on March 7, 2026 at Gas South Arena in Duluth,
Georgia;
– Two (2) tickets to the 2026 ACC Women’s Basketball Championship
Game scheduled to take place on March 8, 2026 at Gas South Arena in
Duluth, Georgia; and
